search engine optimization

This is a simple SEO trick that help your to increase page view from Search Engine Result pages. By default your blog title appear first on search engine result pages (SERP) with your Post title. Google allows to display 66 character of any post title with your blog title on search result page. So it is unnecessary to display your blog title before post title. As a result visitors don’t understand what about the topic. Because if your blog title contains more than 20 character and your content contain66 to 75 characters then on search engine result page your blog title would display first which already occupied more than 20 character and after that it will display your 40 character of your post title rather 66 character. So visitors often stay on vague information about your post title.

Due to this kind of problems many visitors just skip your blog link from SERP even your blog link got position on higher Search Engine result page (SERP). It will make your blog Search engine and visitors friendly. Many blogger may think this is not a big issue but you would see due to this appearance your blog traffic will grow slowly and consequently you would receive less visitors. Don’t think visitors have plenty of time to find out the desired query from search results. So applying this trick would be wise decision.

By using this simple SEO trick we would reverse the blog title and post title on search engine. That means it will display your post title first on search result and then your blog title will appear. As a result visitors will easily understand about the post title on blog.

To apply this trick pleas follow the simple trick from below-

Step 1 Log in to your Blogger Account and Go to your Blogger Dashboard

Step 2 Click on  Now click on -> Template -> Edit HTML-> Unfold code

Step 3 Now Find this code <title><data:blog.pageTitle/></title> by pressing Ctrl + F

Step 4 Replace the above code with below Code and Save the templates.

<!-- Start : Optimizing Trick  -->
<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == &quot;item&quot;'>
<title><data:blog.pageName/> | <data:blog.title/></title>
<!-- End : Optimizing Trick  -->

Note: If you don't find <title><data:blog.pageTitle/></title> the code then simply place the above code below <head>.

Now you would see your post title is appearing first on search engine result page and the blog title. As well as it will change the result on browsers also.

If you see that your blog title has cut down and not appearing fully on search result then you should count the number of character of your blog post. You can use character count tools to count number of character on your post title that will help your to not exceed the limit. I have already said Google allows 66 characters on search result page (SERP) so your blog post title should keep within 55 character. It will help to display your post title and blog title completely. There are many SEO trick I would publish time to time to become success in your blogging career you should practice appropriate and accurate SEO. If you have any query related to SEO then feel free to ask question. I would reply you as soon as possible.
