First Method For Removing the Subscribe To Post (Atom) link 

Step 1 Log in to your Blogger Account and Go to your Blogger Dashboard

Step 2 Click on Now click on -> Template -> Edit HTML

Step 3 Find below code by Pressing Ctrl + F

Step 4 Remove it! And save your template.

Step 3 Paste the below code  Before/above ]]></b:skin>

Step 4 Once you added CSS code save your template and back to blogger.
